Yahoo Widgets- Sleep Timer saves electricity

After installing Yahoo widgets, I deleted most of them that come with the standard package. I primarily use one, Sleep Timer ( search widgets to find it). ST turns your computer off, reboots, or puts to sleep automatically. I turn my computer on when I wake up and the ST pops up to shut it down 15 hours later- no worries- saves power. The only time it messes up is when automatic updates reboot my computer, resetting the clock back to 15 hours.
